In preparation for each season, each member takes a safety test covering basic safety protocols throughout our different facilities, including travel and competition protocols. This annual test is mandatory for all students participating in the upcoming season. They must pass it to work in the facilities. In the past, students would be called in to take a written test and must score an 88% or higher. However, these past few years have been a little different. Students now take the test via google classroom with a google form. Previously to pass, they would have to score a 90% or higher. However, this year we have raised the passing grade to a complete 100%. Students who get anything below need to retake to participate in the season. Before retaking, students must review their past answers as a form of a study guide along with feedback from our team’s safety captain.
