Waialua Robotics- W.I.N.C.

A program founded and headed by The Waialua Robotics Team, Team 359, The Hawaiian Kids, comprised of selected FRC teams to extend outreach efforts to other teams/ schools in need of assistance.

Exchange of graduates as mentors

Main Objective of W.I.N.C.
To Spread FIRST further both nationally (USA) and internationally with an emphasis on FRC and to create a web of international collaborations to mentor teams in need and help promote FIRST ideals and STEM based educational programs.

Objectives of those selected to be involved with W.I.N.C.

To provide help and resources to other teams (rookie or veteran) through the spirit of aloha, otherwise known as “gracious professionalism”

Exchange of graduates as mentors (if circumstances permit)

Collaboration of ideas & program aspects to help spread the FIRST message.
